Friday 13 October
Assemble at Worksop College for departure by coach at an agreed time this morning for your journey to Scotland.
En route you will undertake a self led Training Session at Yarm School or otherwise, where also a Lunch could also be arranged.
After training, board your coach and continue to your accommodation in Edinburgh where you will be based for the following four nights of your tour. Make your own arrangements for Dinner this evening.

Saturday 14 October
After breakfast this morning you will play your first fixture of the tour.
Match 1: Local Rugby Sides vs Worksop College
Afterwards you have the opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of your hosts.
In the afternoon possibly watch a Edinburgh Rugby Pro-Rugby game subject to fixture schedule and tickets extra.

Sunday 15 October
After breakfast this morning we have arranged a tour of Murrayfield Stadium, where you’ll be taken inside areas of the stadium that you would never ordinarily get to see and will be regaled with stories from Scottish Rugby’s rich history - seeing what the stadium looks like day to day and learning about the preparations for international matches. You may also wish to visit the Macron Shop.
Afterwards you will have time for some shopping in the city along Princes Street or the new Shopping Centre in St James Quarter.. This afternoon included for you is entrance to Edinburgh Castle which has played a huge part in the history of Scotland and dominates the skyline of Edinburgh from its location on Castle Rock. The 60 minute tour takes you beneath the spikes of a raised portcullis, built almost 450 years ago in the wake of the devastating Lang Siege. Three sets of heavy wooden doors once sat alongside the iron gate to ward off intruders. There the Lang Stairs and Chapel with the panoramic views from the Rock giving you unparalleled views of the city and Firth of Forth.
Later on this afternoon dinner is arranged for you at the hotel.
Tonight you may wish to enjoy a Edinburgh Ghost Tour, Edinburgh is known as one of the most haunted cities in Europe, with a past of murders, witchcraft and plague. On your guided Ghost Tour you will hear ghostly tales and sinister stories that will transport you back to the terrifying past of old Edinburgh.

Monday 16 October
After breakfast this morning, what could be arranged is a Self-led Coaching Session or a Coaching Session with Edinburgh Rugby coaches, subject to availability there maybe a Q&A opportunity.
One thing you may wish to do is allowing for time in discovering the delights of Camera Obscura & World of Illusions, which is over five floors of marvel, just off The Royal Mile.
At a mutually agreed time play you will transfer to play your final matches on tour.
Match 2: Local Rugby Sides vs Worksop College
After the matches return to your accommodation. Tonight a Edinburgh Curling Experience could be arranged, your qualified coach will have you sharing plenty of laughs while learning to play like the pros.

Tuesday 17 October
Check out of your hotel and journey south on your return to Worksop. Upon arrival disperse for home.

We assess each component of a sports tour individually, which includes going beyond assessing the adventure factor to ensure risks can be managed effectively. In doing so, we look at how we can enhance the original experience whilst remaining as safe as possible. Covering policy, organisation, planning and setting standards, monitoring, audits, and reviews, our SMS is fully compliant with the requirements of the STF.
This is reinforced by our annual assessment carried out by an STF appointed independent authority. To support our own SMS we also carry out internal regular reviews of our health and safety procedures.
